I got the used package option and it arrived a bit dusty but perfect. Mine has a Johnson name tag on it and an M4 cleaning brush thrown in. So far I've used it at 50lbs for sledding practice and it's perfectly comfortable even on long rides.

Fairly good, a small hole in the shoulder pad seam and a small hole in the belt, some stains, a nick on one side where the bottom of the frame sits on the ground...but holds up nicely and is in good military use condition. I recommend getting the package. This package definitely has a lot of life left in it. (homologous with the name Molly) is short for modular light weight carrier. Used to describe heavy equipment and backpacks used by many NATO forces, particularly the British and United States military.
